Talent for Contracting and Design is a family-owned business founded in 1999 by Hanaa El Shaer. specializing in delivering high-quality projects, our business offers most services across the AEC sector but specializing in interior design. we aim to inspire and elevate your everyday living through the quality, functionality and the aesthetics of our work. Our team collaborates to create spaces for hotels, restaurants, and residences. We transform properties with our stunning design solutions that harmonize aesthetics and functionality. We also design inviting outdoor spaces that enhance curb appeal and overall property value. In the long term, we hope to successfully upgrade and develop the AEC sector in Egypt through our prioritization of sustainability, technology and heritage. My passion for interior design was sparked early on, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of transforming countless spaces into unique reflections of their novel stories and concepts.

My architectural journey began in 2017, fueled by my family’s legacy of designers, which instilled a deep passion for the field. I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Architecture from Robert Gordon University. This experience refined my technical skills and enhanced my conceptual understanding, allowing me to develop a distinctive vision that seamlessly blends aesthetics with functionality.
